John has been a member of 1st Uxbridge since July 1984, as the Scout Leader, and then a member of Polaris' Explorer Team.
Along the way, she has been ADC(Venture Scouts) and District Explorer Scout Commissioner and is now the District's Training manager.
This role means that she is part of a team responsible for the quality and implementation of an exciting, fun, and varied programme for the Explorer Scout Section. She is supported by other members of the Explorer Leadership Team in this role.
